Summary: "Short on technique, this book is more about scenarios"
This book promises technique, but really it offers only slightly more than the basics that you already know (because they are obvious). Instead, it simply offers scenarios to give some variety in the where and when. It suggests different locations where you can surprise your lover with a BJ. Next time he wakes up with a woodie, give him the BJ he's dying for. Or join him in the shower and give him one. This is not technique, it is scenario.
You aren't really learning how to give unforgettable oral, although I suppose the argument could be made that any time a woman actually gives a guy a BJ in all of the 24/7 situations he would want them is pretty much a miracle that he won't forget any time soon. And yes, ladies, guys want one 24/7.
If that's all you're looking for, this book contains lots of alternative ways to enjoy offering him oral sex. But you'll learn absolutely nothing new as far as technique goes.
If you are truly looking for technique, "Red Hot Touch" http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0767928210/ref=oss_product offers substantial new insight that can help in your oral sex techniques. That book focuses on the use of your hands and tongue and discusses specific areas that benefit from stimulation, to allow you to give him oral sex that he'll truly never forget. It details methods that most women do not intuitively know, including the actual techniques that turn guys on.
I'm putting a similar review on the partner book for this (we got them both, together with "Red Hot Touch"), because the same criticisms apply. Sorry Sonia, but both are books are certainly forgetful.

While the book is full of pictures it doesn't really go into details about oral sex. The details are more about how to set up fantasies for him. And the techniques are the same things you can find in Cosmo or those types of magazines which give sex tips. Not a total disappointment but not what I was looking for either.

Dr. Sonia is a hottie, but as much as I can tell from reading her book, she knows nothing about sex.
I'll explain. I've been away from "the game" for a few years but, not being dead, I have projects. So I ordered a few books about sex, just to check if something worthwhile had been escaping me. My advice: don't bother.
Almost all of the books only re-enact what can be seen for the millionth time in almost any porn movie. You'll learn nothing. Dr. Sonia's opus is no exception. And the bombastic title is extremely misleading: what Borg teaches is eminently forgettable. I received the book yesterday and I'm going to throw it away.
First, what's in the book is simply a series of mechanical, shallow, empty stimulatory movements that aren't unforgettable at all. All I've learned was a couple of anatomical terms. The most you'll get following Borg's advice is ejaculation, and I can get that with simple masturbation, not having to bother with pleasing a boyfriend or girlfriend. (It's very practical, if you have a modicum of imagination, and it's the only form of safe sex -physically and psychologically- that exists). And, as I said, the mechanical, shallow and empty stimulatory movements were nothing new; even I, who cannot be considered a Casanova, know a couple of tricks unlisted in the book, which my sex companions taught me.
Second, there is much more to oral sex than what can be described in a book. For really unforgettable oral sex, you have to have a link with the other person, you have to be tuned to what the other person is feeling, you have to have a kind of telepathy in your relationship. Performing mechanical gestures will only get you an orgasm, and that's a most repetitive event. Totally forgettable. Reading this book will get you nowhere.
Being gay, I know that such a state of total communication is much more easily achievable between two persons that share the same physical and emotional development, i.e., two persons of the same gender. If you're a woman, it's much easier for you to understand the physical sensations and emotions of another woman than to understand what a man feels when he ejaculates, or what emotions lead him in a sexual relation. That's particularly true with a BJ, which is man-centred. Another man knows perfectly what emotions and sensations the other guy is having. The "tuning", the sharing, the coordination is much easier. From that sharing comes camaraderie, complicity, which are fundamental stepping stones to... Love?
I don't want to get mystical, but I think that only in such a superior state of development, being in a total physical and psychological union with another person, can you really have "Oral Sex He'll Never Forget". The rest is just practice. And I've never been a very enthusiastic student.
Why am I putting the book in the garbage can? Well, I fear that if I read it once more, I'll turn into a throw-away sex toy. Just that.

Summary: "The adventure begins!"
My wife and I have a couple of friends in our social group that recommended Sonia's books to us. Naturally, we thought we should give them a going over. We just received the first one in the mail and could not be happier. We have been together for nine years and are very in love. However, the excitement level reached an all time fever pitch after just a few pages. Sonia has a playful and amazing way of bringing the shivers and butterflies back to a relationship! The roll playing ideas are both fresh and exciting. They really gave us the excuse we needed to live out our fantasies! New scenarios and environments turned us on beyond belief as we picked a few and began our adventure together.
